Who are we ?

Precision Development saw its first light in Lachenaie (now called Terrebonne) in 2002. Patrik Melancon, founder of the enterprise, saw the economic potential of the project «Domaine des Pionniers» and decide to establish himself there. Proud of the experience and the business flair that was hand down from generation to generation, he successfully form a solid team which helped him to bring forth a prestigious residential project with higher quality standards. Plans were drawn, land was bought, and rapidly, the first house was up.
